A highly professional company, no matter which member of staff you are dealing with, anyone from the team does their utmost to help you no matter what you may need. Up to 10 of our team have worked closely with SR Partnership to fulfil the bricklayers L2 NVQ course and have thanked the assessors and team from the company. Along with this a couple of members of staff have even gone for the higher NVQ qualifications and again through the guidance of SR Partnership managed to pass with flying colours. Bam worked in collaboration with SR Partnerships on a project in Elstree, Hertfordshire to offer the workforce the chance to upskill and take advantage of funding to gain an NVQ2 qualification. Being able to offer this opportunity is important to us as it enables the workforce to gain industry-recognised qualifications to give them the opportunity to further their career. Working with SR Partnership was easy. All that was required of us was to promote the team’s visit and provide them with a space to meet with the workforce. We were kept up to date with monthly reports showing the progress of registrations as well as qualifications gained. I will certainly be offering this on future projects.
