Job Description:
SR Partnership is currently seeking a qualified Painting and Decorating Assessor to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing candidates at various sites across the country, ensuring they meet the necessary standards in the painting and decorating field.
Key Requirements:
- Hold a valid A1 assessing certificate or equivalent
- Possess a strong background in painting and decorating
- Be DBS checked and hold your own insurance
- Have reliable transportation for site visits
Responsibilities:
- Assess candidates on-site, ensuring they demonstrate the required skills, knowledge, and competence in painting and decorating
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to candidates to support their professional growth and development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate assessments
